Information, not medical advice

RedMontActive provides general information about musculoskeletal conditions, procedures and providers. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified clinician. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read here.

Access and payment

Browsing condition information is free. Running specialist searches requires a one-time access payment, processed by Stripe. We accept Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, in EUR, GBP, CHF, USD and CAD. Access lasts for the stated period (30 or 90 days) and then simply expires — there is no subscription and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once you have used a search. If something went wrong — a failed search, a technical fault — email hello@redmontactive.ch and we will put it right.

Accuracy and liability

We work hard to surface accurate, current information, but we cannot guarantee that every detail about every specialist is correct at the moment you read it, and details change. To the extent permitted by law, RedMontActive is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information found here. Always confirm details directly with the provider.
