Frequently asked questions
Is this medical advice?
No. RedMontActive is an information service. We help you understand your options and find the right specialists to talk to. Decisions about your care belong with you and your clinicians.
What does access cost?
One-time payments, no subscription: €29.99 for 30 days, €69.00 for 90 days (best value), or a €12.50 30-day extension for existing holders. We accept Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, in EUR, GBP, CHF, USD and CAD.
Will I be charged again automatically?
Never. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. When your access period ends, it simply stops — there is nothing to cancel. When we say one-time payment, we mean it.
Do I need to create an account?
No account, no password. You pay once with your email address, and we send you an access link. That link works for your whole access period.
Can I keep a copy of my results?
Yes. Every result set has Download as PDF and Email it to me. The PDF is dated, lists every specialist with contact details and how each is accessed, and includes the rehabilitation, trials and support results — designed to be printed and taken to an appointment. We can only email it to the address on your own access pass; you can forward it from there.
How do you choose which specialists to show?
By clinical relevance to your condition and location — never by payment. No one can buy a ranking. See our methodology for the full detail.
What if I can't afford access?
We believe no patient should be denied information because of cost. Email access@redmontactive.ch with a brief note and we will issue a free access token. We review every request personally.
What areas do you cover?
Eight categories across musculoskeletal care — Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, Muscle & Tendon Injuries, Spine, Hand & Upper Limb, Foot & Ankle, Chronic Pain, and Osteoarthritis & Cartilage Disease — 68 conditions in all, every one of them searchable. In-depth condition pages, with recovery ranges and rehabilitation phases, are being written and published progressively.
How is this different from RedMontMed?
RedMontMed covers life-threatening and complex medical conditions. RedMontActive is its sister platform for common but genuinely impactful musculoskeletal ailments and procedures — the knees, hips, shoulders and spines that keep people from moving. Same independence, same no-paid-placement rule.
