Privacy

We collect as little as possible, and we tell you plainly what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address — to send your access link, and to send you your results if you ask for them by email. That is the only personal detail we require.
• Your searches — the condition, country and city you search, stored to improve results and cache responses. Not linked to your identity beyond your access token.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Keeping a copy of your results

Your results PDF is built in your own browser. If you download it, it never reaches our servers at all. If you ask us to email it, the file passes through our mail server only to be attached to that message — we do not keep a copy afterwards.

We can only email your results to the address attached to your own access pass. You cannot send them to a different address from the site, which keeps RedMontActive from being used to send mail to people who never asked for it. Once the email is in your inbox you can of course forward it to whomever you like.

What we do not do

• We do not create accounts or passwords.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers — we have no advertisers.
• We do not track you across the web.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Swiss data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@redmontactive.ch and we will respond within the statutory period.

Cookies

We use only what is necessary to make the site work and to remember your access within your browser. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
